You own acquisition and pipeline maturity for our B2B motion: sharpen the ICP, align product narratives with market signals, and orchestrate multi-channel programs so traction converts into recurring revenue. You bridge roadmap, sales, and marketing with a measurable obsession for CAC, qualified pipeline, and experiment velocity, without losing the plot in slide decks.
What you’ll do
- Define and iterate outbound & inbound playbooks around a crisp B2B value proposition, not a slogan generator.
- Structure the funnel from awareness to POC with milestones, cohort views, and reporting people actually read.
- Co-build assets (landing pages, decks, customer stories) with a unified narrative across functions.
- Partner with product to sync releases with go-to-market beats; timing beats “launch vibes.”
- Industrialize A/B tests, cohort analysis, and learnings to shorten time-to-learning (the only KPI that compounds).
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in B2B marketing or growth (SaaS, API, or infra is a plus).
- Comfortable with CRM, analytics, and imperfect attribution, still making decisions.
- Professional English required; another EU language is a plus for regional outreach.
- Builder mindset: prioritization without magic frameworks, stakeholder-friendly communication.
